Testimonials
Aug. 2025
When my mother was nearing the end of her life, Erica was someone who I felt extremely comfortable with guiding my family and I in what was unchartered territory. Her extensive knowledge and skills were evident during an extremely stressful time in our lives when we didn't know where to turn. It was obvious that Erica has a deep understanding of the end of life, the associated grief for loved ones as well as resources to recommend. Her presence was comforting without being intrusive and her being able to anticipate next steps relieved my family and I of trying to blindly get through this experience on our own. Wendy & Family

Letter of reference for Erica McAloon 2025
I am a retired/still working teacher and have known Erica for her whole life, and know her to be a caring, compassionate, and skilled care giver. Most recently, Erica has become an End of Life and Death Doula, prior to her certification, her experience, professionalism, and dedication to her grandmother proved to be immeasurable.
During the last months of her grandmother's life, Erica's expertise in acute and chronic care, and loss and grief were beyond invaluable as my mother made the transition from independent living to extended care and hospitalization, to the final days of my mother's life and beyond Without hesitation I can wholeheartedly say that not only did Erica make everything virtually stress free, she did so with understanding, compassion, integrity, and simple human kindness.
Erica has advocated for and supported some of the most vulnerable for over seventeen years while adding to her skill level and certifications every step of the way. Erica has found her true calling. Her dedication, respect, empathy, and commitment make her a natural in a profession that requires the utmost in all of these qualities.
I cannot say enough about Erica and have no hesitation in being a reference for her.
Sincerely,
Colleen
